Although a large majority of our business stems from our home state of Florida, when it comes to interior styling we enthusiastically work with clients both domestically and internationally through virtual meetings (i.e., Zoom, Teams and FaceTime). Our Silver Package is the best representation of this option.

No. We are not interior designers. Our speciality is interior decorating and styling which encompasses everything from furnishings and accessories to wallpaper, lighting and more. (See next dropdown for additional info.)
Our aptitude for styling interiors was nurtured from over two decades in luxury residential and hospitality development and construction as well as hands-on experience building, upgrading, renovating and decorating personal and investment properties.

As interior stylists we focus on aesthetically pleasing elements such as furniture, wall coverings, accessories, rugs and more. Stylists do not work with architects to create new interior spaces; rather, they enhance existing spaces with an aptitude for colors, textiles, room layouts, space planning and furnishings.
Interior designers have formal training, typically from a two or four-year program from an accredited school with computer-aided design (CAD) training, drawing and architecture. Interior designers must adhere to building codes and regulatory requirements and often work closely with architects, contractors and developers to create their design plans for their clients. For clients who are looking for comprehensive interior design services we are happy to provide reputable, licensed referrals.

During the initial consultation we discuss a plan based on the overall needs of the client and the type of service they’re interested in: interior styling, project management or one of our à la carte services. Once a proposal is submitted and the client accepts, we typically require a deposit which - depending upon the type of service - can range from 20% to 50% of the overall contracted amount.

Absolutely! We love styling apartments and can help you make an impact without breaking the budget or risk forfeiting your deposit. We even create mood boards with links to shop so you can purchase items as your budget allows.
